fa تعیین و کمی‌سازی ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی سیمای سرزمین در بخش مرکزی استان اصفهان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">با افزایش سرعت شهرنشینی، نیاز انسان به ارتباط با طبیعت و تجربه کیفیت‌های زیباشناختی مانند زیبایی مناظر، هوای تازه، تنوع توپوگرافی و زیرساخت‌های سبز در حال افزایش است. از این‌رو کیفیت زیباشناختی سیمای سرزمین به‌عنوان یک منبع با ارزش درخور حفاظت در‌نظر گرفته می‌شود. هدف از ارزیابی کیفیت دیداری سیمای سرزمین، مشخص کردن معیارهایی است که بر اساس آنها سیماهای دارای ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی را حفظ و بازسازی کرد. در این مطالعه به‌منظور کمی‌سازی ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی پس از مرور منابع و بررسی ویژگی‌های منطقه مطالعاتی، معیارهای مؤثر در ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی مشخص، نقشه‌سازی و سپس استاندارد شد و در گام بعد با به‌کارگیری روش ترکیب خطی وزن‌دار، مناطق دارای ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی تعیین شد. در‌نهایت مناطق دارای ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی با درجات متفاوتی از مطلوبیت مشخص شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، مناطق دارای بیشترین ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی با مساحت 64/40 کیلومتر مربع کمترین مساحت و مناطق دارای ارزش زیبایی‌شناسی کم با مساحت 65/477 کیلومتر مربع بیشترین مساحت منطقه را به‌خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند به‌منظور بهبود مدیریت و کیفیت سیمای سرزمین برای تصمیم‌گیران سومند واقع شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">With the acceleration of urbanization, human needs to connect with the nature and experience the aesthetic qualities such as landscape aesthetic, fresh air, topographic diversity and green infrastructures. Hence, landscape aesthetic quality is regarded as a valuable source of conservation. The purpose of landscape visual quality assessment is to identify the criteria for preserving and rehabilitating the aesthetic value based on them. In order to quantify the aesthetic value, after bringing the literature review and considering the characteristics of the study area, the effective criteria on the aesthetic value were determined, mapped and then standardized. In the next step, areas with aesthetic value were determined using the weighted linear combination method. Finally, areas with varying degrees of suitability of aesthetic were identified. According to the results, the regions with the highest aesthetics value and the area of 40.64 Km² had the minimum area, while those with the low aesthetic value and the area of 477.65 Km² had the maximum area.
