fa ارزیابی پیوستگی سیمای سرزمین و کریدورهای مهاجرتی آهوی گواتردار در مناطق مرکزی ایران Assessing Landscape Connectivity and Dispersal Corridors for Goitered gazelle in Central Iran عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">انزوای جمعیت‌ها و در نتیجه آن خطرات ژنتیکی، بقاء درازمدت جمعیت‌های آهوی گواتردار را تهدید می‌کند. مدیریت این جمعیت‌ها نیازمند برقراری ارتباطات سیمای سرزمین بین لکه‌های زیستگاهی است. در این مطالعه سطوح مقاومت سیمای سرزمین به‌عنوان تابعی از 12 متغیر محیطی و انسانی و با استفاده از مدل‌های پیش‌بینی پراکنش تهیه شد. به‌دلیل کمبود اطلاعات درخصوص فاصله انتشار گونه، سناریوهای متفاوتی از توان انتشار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از رویکرد کرنل مقاومت و مسیرهای حداقل هزینه فاکتوریل، سطح لکه‌های زیستگاهی هسته‌ای و کریدورهای مهاجرتی پیش‌بینی شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان از انزوای کامل آهوان منطقه حفاظت شده بیدوئیه داشت. در مقابل نرخ جابه‌جایی مناسبی بین آهوان مناطق موته، قمیشلو، کلاه‌‌قاضی، کهیاز و کالمند پیش‌بینی شد. با درنظر گرفتن تأثیر جاده‌ها و کلان شهرها احتمال ارتباط عملکردی سیمای سرزمین بین آهوان کلاه‌‌قاضی با سایر مناطق نیز کاهش می‌یابد. با ترکیب نتایج به‌دست آمده و ارتباطات ژنتیکی جمعیت‌ها می‌توان عنوان کرد که آهوان مناطق مرکزی کشور در سه زیر جمعیت آهوان بیدوئیه، آهوان کلاه‌‌قاضی و آهوان سایر مناطق حفاظت شده در مرکز کشور گروه‌بندی می‌شوند. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که حفاظت از این گونه نیازمند مدیریت یکپارچه در سطح سیمای سرزمین به‌منظور برقراری جریان ژنی بین زیستگاه‌های منزوی است. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Long-term survival of Goitered gazelles in central Iran has been threatened because of isolation of existing populations and genetic threats. Effective management of these small and isolated populations needs to evaluate landscape connectivity among core habitat patches. In the present study, resistance surfaces were mapped as a function of twelve uncorrelated variables using species distribution algorithms. Given the limited empirical data of Goitered gazelle dispersal distances, we assessed different dispersal ability scenarios. Extent of core habitats, fracture zones, and dispersal corridors were identified using resistance kernel approach. Our finding showed that while gazelle population in Biduiyeh Protected Area has been isolated, there is relatively high dispersal rate among populations of Goitered gazelle in Mooteh National Park, Ghamishloo National Park, Kahyaz Protected Area, Kalmand-Bahadoran Protected Area and Kolah-Qazi National Park. Given the effect of roads and metropolises, functional connectivity between Kolah-Qazi and other populations is not possible. Based on genetic relationships and landscape connectivity results, we concluded that gazelle populations in Central Iran can be grouped into three separated subpopulations including 1- Biduiyeh P.A., 2-Kolah-Qazi N.P., and 3- gazelles in other protected areas.
